The Faculty of Humanities' Graduate School at the University of Copenhagen is inviting applications for a PhD scholarship starting 1 October 2010 for a period of up to three years. The PhD student will be affiliated to the Centre for Canon and Identity Formation in the Earliest Literate Societies (CIF) at the Department of Cross-Cultural and Regional Studies. Proposals should focus on one or more aspects of the intellectual history of Egypt or Mesopotamia.
